Na frigideira ou paellera também funciona.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Temperar o salmão com alho e sal.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Em um saco plástico, colocar o salmão temperado, as cebolas em meia-rodelas e os tomates em tiras. Geladeira por 30 min.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Refogar levemente o alho, a cebola e o tomate (nesta ordem) no azeite.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Acomodar as postas de salmão.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Adicionar o leite de Tempere com sal, noz-moscada e pimenta do reino. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Retire o espaguete e leve direto para a frigideira. Misture no refogado de peito de peru.&lt;br /&gt;Desligue o fogo.&lt;br /&gt;Junte o creme ao espaguete e salpique com a erva escolhida. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sirva /&gt;1 colher de sopa de água&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata bem o ovo com o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Misture tudo e faça uma bola de massa.&lt;br /&gt;Não sovar.&lt;br /&gt;Guardar em geladeira É a minha versão para uma receita de um grande empório de São Paulo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Você vai precisar:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bacalhau desalgado em postas (não economize na qualidade do bacalhau...)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Batata em rodelas finas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tomates em rodelas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cebolas cortadas em 4 partes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ovos cozidos em metades&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Azeitonas Portuguesas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Alcaparras&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pinolis (pinhão italiano)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Salsa picada&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Azeite extra virgem&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Caramelize as cebolas cortadas em 4 partes em frigideira com um pouco de azeite. Cuidado para não desmontar os pedaços da cebola. Reserve.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Torre levemente o pinhão na frigideira (não precisa de azeite). Só frutos do mar... Sem pimentão pois a mulher não gosta!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comem de 4 a 6 pessoas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg de camarões grandes limpos&lt;br /&gt;1/2 kg de lulas, polvo, mexilhões, peixe, vongoles...&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 xícaras de arroz&lt;br /&gt;1 taça de vinho branco seco&lt;br /&gt;conhaque, limão&lt;br /&gt;azeite, cebola, alho, cebolinha, ervilha, tomate&lt;br /&gt;caldo de peixe&lt;br /&gt;pimenton dulce, azafran&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Marinar os camarões com sal, alho e conhaque por 30 min na geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;Marinar os frutos do mar com sal, alho e um pouco de limão por 30 min na geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;Refogar a cebola e o alho no azeite.&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar os tomates picados.&lt;br /&gt;Refogar os camarões levemente (3 min) e retirá-los ( inclua o caldo da marinada).&lt;br /&gt;Refogar os frutos do mar (inclua o caldo da marinada).&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar o vinho e reduza bem.&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar o arroz e refogá-lo junto com o pimenton e o azafran.&lt;br /&gt;Adicionar o caldo de peixe e deixe cozinhar o arroz adicionando mais caldo se for preciso.&lt;br /&gt;Quando o arroz estiver "al dente" enfeite com as ervilhas, tomate, os camarões e a cebolinha.&lt;br /&gt;Deixe mais alguns minutos no fogo e ...
